Abstract
DNA is a nanoscale material for programmable self-assembly, using the selective affinity of pairs of DNA strands to form DNA nanostructures. DNA self-assembly is the most advanced and versatile system that has been experimentally demonstrated for programmable construction of patterned systems on the molecular scale. In this paper we present various strategies to assemble DNA based networks for application in nano-filters and nano-devices. The appropriate thermodynamics of networks formation were calculated. Briefly in this paper a new useful method to construct fully designed nano-networks with special diameters is designed.
